Receita: Pastel de festa com massa filo

Na receita de hoje o Chef Leandro Ricardo vai ensinar como ornamentar pastéis de festa com massa filo, dando um visual mais atraente e saboroso, confira abaixo os ingredientes necessários para criar este lindo aperitivo:

01 Embalagem de massa filo 500 g de carne de moída Louro em pó, páprica doce e picante a gosto Tempero para carne kook a gosto 2 dentes de alho picados Meia cebola picada 20 ml de azeite 02 colheres de bacon picado 200 g de azeitonas sem caroços picadas 200 g de passas picadas Sal e pimenta do reino a gosto Açúcar de confeiteiro para polvilhar
Roux:
01 colher de sopa de manteiga 01 colher de sopa de trigo
Preparo: Tempere a carne com os temperos secos e em seguida doure o alho no azeite. Acrescente o bacon até soltar toda sua gordura e depois refogue a cebola até murchar, adicionando as azeitonas e passas. Acrescente a carne e deixe cozinhar com a própria água que ela solta, até ficar bem sequinha. Coloque a hortelã, o suco e as raspas da casca de limão. Em seguida acrescente o roux e mexa. Espere esfriar, abra a folha de massa filo, pincele com clara de ovo e intercale 3 folhas (sempre pincelando a clara de ovo), corte no formato desejado e então recheie. Para finalizar basta polvilhar com açúcar de confeiteiro.
